Sevita Continues its Expansion Strategy with the Acquisition of Senior Class
Sevita, (formally The Mentor Network), the leading provider of whole person-centered care and supportive living for people with intellectual and development disabilities acquired Senior Class, an Adult Day and Home Health Services business located in Hampstead, NH on December 31, 2021. Senior Class has been serving the Southern New Hampshire area for 15 years and is widely recognized as one of, if not the top adult day and home services companies in the State.
Sevita “offers an array of services to help families, children, and adults of all ages live joyful lives of their own choosing, no matter what challenges they face.” Sevita has made this their mission for over 50 years. First Street was retained by Senior Class to value the business and find a strong strategic partner to acquire it. First Street worked closely with both parties to ensure a smooth acquisition process. “We appreciate the ownership at Senior Class trusting First Street to find a strong partner who was willing to provide an enticing offer to acquire the Company and keep all the current employees in place. “
For Sevita, the acquisition expands the Company’s footprint in New Hampshire and increases the types of services the Company can offer across its enterprise. https://sevitahealth.com/
