Andover Seafood acquires Tri-State Seafood using First Street Acquisitions

First Street is proud to announce Andover Seafood has acquired the operations and facilities of Tri-State Seafood, one of New England’s leading fin fish processors.

Tri-State Seafood, founded in 1985, is a sustainable seafood processing operation offering the highest quality fresh and frozen seafood from the Gulf of Maine and the North Atlantic to its national and international Customers.  The Company processes all its fish in its 12,752 square foot production facility and 6,370 SF storage facility located in northern New England. First Street worked closely with Tri-State Seafood and Andover Seafood to ensure a smooth acquisition process, and a seamless transition of ownership. As a strategic buyer, Andover Seafood is committed to the employees of Tri-State and supporting the existing management team as it continues to implement its growth strategy.  The acquisition expands Andover Seafood’s footprint in New England and enhances its product offerings international and domestically.
